Coalition for a Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati
Mission

The Coalition for a Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati promotes drug-free environments for youth by enhancing partnerships to educate, advocate and support locally-based, community mobilization.

Vision

Every child in our community grows up in an environment that is purposefully drug-free.

Goals

The Coalition serves a 10-county region in the area where Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky converge. The Coalition partners with 23 member neighborhood coalitions in our service region to localize efforts and operates with direction from a 30-member Board of Trustees. Task Forces implement comprehensive strategies with support from seven paid staff.
* Delay the age at which youth begin to use alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.
* Decrease the number of youth who are using alcohol, tobacco and other drugs
* Increase youth perception of personal harms associated with using alcohol, tobacco and other drugs
* Increase the frequency of youth and parents who express their disapproval of youth alcohol, tobacco and other drug use
